Early Intervention Team Approach

Mayo Early Intervention Service uses a collaborative model in order to coordinate services and improve child and family outcomes. The team strive to respond to each child and family’s needs and preferences, collaborate on assessment, individual service planning and sharing skills, knowledge and resources.
Outcome Focus Mayo Early Intervention Service works in partnership with families and community resources to plan and deliver services and supports that can best meet the needs, priorities and capacities of individual children and their families.
